Cancelling an appointment

You can cancel an upcoming appointment from Your appointments at any time before it starts. A cancelled appointment frees up the slot for other patients.

Doctor-initiated cancellation or reschedule

If a doctor reschedules your appointment, you'll see both the previous and new date and time and can choose to keep or cancel the new slot. If a doctor cancels outright, we'll notify you and process a full refund.

Refunds

Payments are made through Razorpay at the time of booking. If a payment fails, no amount is deducted and you can retry from Your payments. If an amount is deducted for a payment that never completes on our side, or for a doctor-cancelled appointment, it is refunded to your original payment method.

Processing time

Refunds are initiated as soon as the cancellation is confirmed. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a few business days to reflect in your account.
