Privacy policy

What we collect

Your name, phone number, and email for your account; name, date of birth, sex, and contact details for each patient profile you add; and, for consultations, the complaint, prescription, and any investigation reports you or your doctor add to the record.

How we use it

To create and secure your account, run the booking and payment flow, connect you to your doctor for a video consultation, and keep a record of your consultations for you to refer back to.

Who can see your medical information

Only you and the doctor treating you can see complaint text, prescriptions, consultation notes, and uploaded reports. Our supervisory admin team can see that a record exists — for example, "Prescription added" — never its content.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We store the payment status and transaction id, never your card or bank details.

SMS and OTP

We use MSG91 to send one-time passcodes for registration, login, and password reset. Your phone number is shared with MSG91 only for that purpose.

Data retention

We keep your account and consultation records for as long as your account is active, so you retain access to your history. You can request deletion of your account by contacting us.
